FILIPINO INTERCULTURAL SOCIETY OF DREXEL UNIVERSITY (FISDU)

The Filipino Intercultural Society of Drexel University, better known as FISDU, is recognized as one of the strongest and most active cultural student organizations of the Drexel University community. Throughout the year, our members participate in learning the customs and history of the Philippines through several events – from listening to Filipino guests to cooking/tasting Filipino cuisines in cook-off competitions. Besides education, FISDU has achieved collaborations in the past with professional organizations in the Philadelphia area, such as Filipino-American National Historical Society (Pennsylvania Chapter) and Filipino Executive Council of the Greater Philadelphia.
